Instructions and precautions

Instructions

It is an innovative removal driver that can remove both undamaged hex screws as well as hex screws with damaged sockets. This removal driver cannot remove severely damaged screw sockets completely. However, compared to the conventional removal methods, the removal drever is easier to handle, saves time, and minimizes operative complications.

  • It is recommended to prepare the IOR series before the damage to the screw socket becomes serious.
  • When the IOR wrench and IOR sim are fully connected, the end of the polygonal extension expands and it is impossible to accurately push it into the screw socket. Prepare it in an unfastened state by turning the wrench more than half a turn.
  • Align the tip of the driver with the screw socket and push it all the way in
  • While lightly pressing the driver handle in the direction of the screw, turn it slowly counterclockwise.
  • When the driver handle is turned counterclockwise, you will feel resistance as the driver tightens the screw. If the driver handle is continued to be turned counterclockwise in this state, the screw will be removed.
  • While the removed screw is attached to the driver, hold the flat distal part of the driver with pliers, etc., and then turn the driver handle clockwise to release the connection. .
Precautions for use

This removal driver is designed to unfasten a locking plate and a locking screw. We cannot guarantee the removal of screws that do not fit hexagon-shaped sockets. This driver may break if used to loosen a metal-to-metal bond other than a locking plate and a locking screw.
